November sees the launch of our new, vacuum coating line. Based in Hull, it’s already proving to be an invaluable service for the staining of timber to be used on log clad cabins.
Enabling large quantities of timber to be automatically coated more efficiently, vacuum coating is ideal for cladding, architraves, skirting boards and other such lengths of timber. Whether it’s internal or external timber, our new service can coat it.
Flexible in its application, we can coat your timber with a translucent stain, or with a paint – the colour to suit your specific requirements. We can even coat it with the primer and then once dry, apply up to two top coats – such is the value of our new vacuum coating line.
Comments Mark Eggleston, WJ Group MD: “Our new vacuum coating service means that we can offer yet another important service to our customers, partnering with them to treat and coat their timber, to facilitate a specific project or on an ongoing basis. We can offer great flexibility in both our coating service and the substance used to coat, going the extra mile to get the job done.”
Timber is becoming increasingly favoured in construction, both internally and externally. With that, comes the requirement for services that can treat, coat and finish the timber in large amounts, efficiently and cost effectively. WJ Group works closely with many businesses to provide these essential services, helping our customers to grow in an ever evolving industry.
