Unwanted Items – If you are returning an unwanted item that is not faulty, you may post it back to us having submitted the returns form below. It must be in a saleable condition and not have been opened or tampered with in any way. You must pay for the return postage cost and we will refund you the amount paid for the goods on safe receipt of the items. If using the Royal Mail, please ask for proof of posting and ensure that there is an adequate level of compensation from the postal service that you choose.

Faulty Items – If any part of your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us by completing and submitting the form below, within two working days of receiving your order. We will then get in touch with you and may ask for further information and photographs where relevant, before advising you on how we intend to resolve the problem. Please do not post faulty items back to us until we have contacted you. We will pay for the cost of returning faulty items to us.
