Over the last 12 months, the WJ team has grown, business has flourished, and now we’re adding a new accreditation to our portfolio of achievements.
Our production of components in the caravan construction process, including timber roof trusses and floor joists, has led to us becoming a fully-approved member of the National Caravan Council (NCC).
This accreditation is great news for us, and will pair well with our ISO 9001, WPA Benchmark Scheme and DeckMark Plus accreditation from the TDCA.
Established in 1939, the NCC is the UK trade body representing the tourer, motorhome, caravan holiday home and residential park home sectors. They’re a non-profit trade association, working with the industry to ensure delivery of high quality products and fair customer treatment.
We’re proud to be recognised for our work, especially by the leading body for motorhome registrations, and an organisation that promotes best practice in the industry. Our Commercial Manager, Neil Allison, said, “As a Hull business working in the heart of the UK’s caravan industry in East Yorkshire, becoming part of the NCC is very important for us.”
“We already have established relationships with caravan manufacturers, but this will give them further assurance that we provide the high-quality products they are looking for. We are a forward thinking, hardworking and entirely customer focused business which has now been recognised externally by the NCC. And as we offer both flexibility and scalability, we’re a reliable partner for caravan manufacturers.”
