We work with leading caravan and park home manufacturers in the UK to create value engineered roof trusses. Our manufacturing and production facility produces tens of thousands of roof trusses, each with varying end uses and final caravan and park home designs.
We don't just manufacture and produce the roof trusses. We have a dedicated technical team that work with our customers to design trusses that are purpose built for each caravan and park home. We take work from caravan manufacturer's drawings or help create drawings from scratch and turn them into 3D models of components.
Using the 3D models, we can design a full roof assembly of a caravan, giving both our technical team and customer full transparency on how their design will look in its final application. From here, we run further structural simulations to determine the structural integrity of each truss and if they're able to pass snow-load testing.
Once our technical team are happy and we have final sign-off from our customers, we can supply prototypes to customers for final checking before initial orders are placed. We have extremely fast turn around time and can deliver trusses using our in-house fleet of HGVs and LGVs.
