WJ Group Invest In Brand New CNC Machine

With the need to constantly innovate and create new products and new ways of engineering components, our WJ Components team have made the significant investment in a CNC router for their operations.

The investment has been put straight to use in the creation of brand new, value engineered roof trusses for supply to the caravan and leisure home industry. The CNC machine brings a wealth of advantages and its introduction is the start of a much larger range of possibilities. 



Currently, we have introduced the machine to router OSB into precision cut pieces. The CNC brings accuracy, speed and consistency meaning production can be vastly improved. We are able to provide cuts that offer minimal waste product which in turn maximises the timber use, giving our customers reduced costs.
