We offer a range of options with our kits and we can customise the kits to develop a kit that suits your needs. From garden rooms to rental units, we can specify anything you need and give you a bespoke drawing for what your kit will look like for final sign-off before you place the order.

Shell Only Kit

Our basic model is a base shell of the structure, available with or without wheels, the kit comprises of:

Watertight Kit

Core Components

Chassis

We have a patented chassis design constructed from a combination of solid timber and I-Beams. The chassis comes in two standard lengths of 4m or 6m however larger or smaller options can be specified. Our chassis comes with cast iron wheels as standard however we do offer a more cost effective caravan tyre option. The chassis comes with a floor upgrade which is insulated and built using 22mm plywood for a solid floor construction.

Walls

The kit comes with sectional walls using our I-Beam technology. The wall make-up allows for easy installation of insulation and services to to give your hut everything needed for a warm and serviced hut. Walls are built to specification based on your requirements but as standard come with one door and two windows placed anywhere you require.

Roof

The final aspect of the kit is the roof. We supply curved I-Beam roofs pre-assembled to simply lift and screw into place on top of the wall sections. The OSB material in the web area of the I-Beam has holes to allow services to run through for lighting and any other requirements.

How is the kit delivered?

We have our own fleet of HGVs and LGVs that deliver your kit directly to your delivery address. Normally, we supply the chassis fully assembled and then the remaining components in the kit are packed on the top. We understand not everyone's project and delivery access is the same. This is why we work with you to understand more about what you have in place and what your requirements are.
